changing the require info

Hello guys , How can I changed the required info boxes to not being required...like
Category [Required]
Manufacturer [Required]
Product [Required]
Purchased Price [Required]
Installation Price [Required]

Some mods are owner chcnged on our motorcycles, kinda hard to add this info when its a required info section.
